Ocean Customs Clearance
For full-container and less-than-container imports, we connect pre-arrival document preparation, customs filing and release follow-up with your destination handling arrangements.
- Provide the bill of lading, arrival notice, invoice, packing list and relevant product or permit documents.
- Coordinate cargo references, warehouse or terminal information and arrival status with the forwarder and carrier.
- Follow up on customs responses and coordinate shipping-line release, container pickup or warehouse collection as required.
Air Customs Clearance
For time-sensitive air imports, we review documents ahead of arrival and coordinate declaration and release information with your airline, forwarder or handling warehouse.
- Provide master and house air waybill details where applicable, plus invoices, packing lists and required product documents.
- Confirm flight arrival, cargo availability and warehouse details to help plan clearance and collection.
- Flag perishable, regulated or dangerous goods in advance so handling requirements can be reviewed with the relevant providers.
Highway Customs Clearance
For truck shipments entering Canada, we coordinate pre-arrival customs preparation with the carrier’s border-crossing and cargo reporting arrangements.
- Provide the invoice, packing list, PARS or cargo control reference, intended port of entry and estimated arrival time.
- Check consistency between shipment documents and carrier references, and follow up on declaration responses.
- Tell us promptly about border, carrier or timing changes so we can review the required updates and coordinate next steps.
